The breakfast buffet is a very high quality and variety. With the choice of local and western items it was always a good start to the day. I like the location and it is close to where I need to go most of the time. It is also very convenient for friends to visit from the city. The staff are very friendly and make an effort to speak English and practice their English speaking skills with me. The facilities are great and the service from all staff is excellent. Most enjoyable stay for my time in Surabaya.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Efficient processes in place when it came to housekeeping and receiving/passing on food deliveries. The gym/pool area was also very nice, with plenty of spaces to sit around the pool. One of the biggest breakfast spreads I've seen in a hotel and the staff were very accommodating with providing us vegetarian options.

Room: really spacious and clean, huge comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, very clean. Facilities: pool was nice but quite busy, the gym was well equipped and not very busy at all, one of the best hotel gyms we've used. Staff: pleasant enough! Location: location was fine but it was hard to get to the adjacent street where some restaurants were because the path was pretty treacherous. Breakfast: this was a 10/10 - so much choice and a everything was delicious. Cappuccinos made to order, lots of fruit, cereal, daily smoothie, all the Indonesian food you could think of, it was really great.

This was our second stay in a matter of 3 days in this hotel. What I really appreciated was that on our first stay - which wasn't excellent they asked us for a written review - the second time we stayed they improved and attended to the flaws which were present at first. The room provided was way more comfortable for 3 people and room was ready at check-in. Room was clean. All was good. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection.

The breakfast in the mornings was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I met friends and we ate in the restaurant the menu and food was a good selection and very tasty. The check in staff and lobby area were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable during my stay.

The hotel was really nice, the room was clean, spacious, with all the amenities you need. Bonus point for the refillable water bottles and dispensers everywhere. Gym is basic but perfect for a little workout. The pool is nice and spa was good as well.

This was our first stay here. The amenities in the room were good for a 1 night. There is good room service. The bathroom was big and spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was big and abundant.

We stayed in the this Hotel as transit to the Prigen, the room is spacious and of decent quality, staff friendly, breakfast option are good, location is bit away from center though transport is available easily. The stay was very decent and I appreciated the early checkin help. Overall very decent experience.

It's the best hotel I stayed ever. The room is spacious, clean super luxurious and comfort. The faculity is very complete. I like the pool, gym.
